Fred Rollon. 1924. This is what strands can do.

Fred Rollon trained with strands. His set had a pull of 300lbs. I have NO idea what his conventional lifts were, but persistent training with this method certainly has its merits.

Tom, did you ever read Brad Reid's account of strand pulling with regards to his father?

Very good read, and very nice demo on what strand pulling's potential is.

Thanks,..I'll check this out. My first set was from Sears in the '60's. Ted Williams endorsed them!
