After dinner EVERY night I prepare this drink. It eliminates the need for cookies, or sweets. It is hot, soothing, and nutritious. Here is the recipe-- One large, Venti size cup of top quality decaffeinated coffee.
- One Tablespoon of Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa (Unsweetened, only 3 carbs).
- Splenda to taste. (If using no calorie sweeteners is an issue, get over it.)
Drink until satiated after your evening meal.
