Tom, I actually have the package the Marinovich did with Jason Sehorn a while back. I got the ball, 6# ball weights and a video. Not bad but I think it's more of a flexibility, dynamic stretching deal. There is no way you are going to get stronger using that program. IMHO. I did feel really good afterwards though.

You only get stronger if you are Troy. He is already strong and his wiring is WAY better than other humans.
