Who Wants To Eat Just 200 Calories?

How much of anything can you eat for 200 calories?? This page, has some vivid photos. Remember, in theory, 200 extra calories a day will add a pound of fat in around 17 days plus or minus some metabolic adaptations. Is that extra pound from grilled greens and ostrich steak, or is it from buckets of transfat?

not buying it. there is no way 200 calories of celery is equal to 200 calories of a cheesburger.
