Why Can't You Do This?

Tony Fratto of Butler, Pennsylvania, could do it all. Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, and when he wanted to,....bodybuilding. He knew how to mix training methods, volume, intensity, and variety. This commodity is rare these days. There are lessons to be learned here.

Odd how one article says he drinks a gallon of milk a day while the other says no milk. Methods change... maybe he did a "super squat" program at one time.

The science of nutrition was simple in those days, but sometimes not any less confusing. I actually met John Welch at the VFW Barbell Club in Ambridge Pennsylvania. He was quite a lifter as well.
