I was flying to Austin last weekend, and Mark Henry was on the flight from Dallas (I didn't want to disturb him, so didn't say, 'hello).
He is the thickest man I have ever seen. 10+ years ago he had just graduated from high school and was training at the OTC in Colorado Springs. He came to the downtown YMCA several times. He demonstrated the power clean, which I had been working (struggling) on.

He was, and is, a very nice man.
