Of Course I remember Tom. You have an awesome blog and your exposure to fitness/health related information is phenemonal. Not too many blogs with as varied and extensive information as you have on your blog. Great job again.
My wife and I are taking a little vacation to Miami in two weeks. Maybe we can go out to lunch if you are available?
