Actually, this clip was filmed in January of 2006 in Seattle before the AKC existed. Valery came to CrossFit North to do a 1 day seminar on KB lifting.Thanks for posting the clip, Tom!
My error. I thought that was the AKC seminar for Scott Sonnon and gang.
